“Our cross-functional team derived much value from a full-day strategic planning workshop led by Melinda Marcus. The two greatest takeaways from the day were pulled from the Quick Personality Analysis (QPA) training session, and the use of the SOLVE method to guide us through short- and medium-term identification and evaluation of common priorities for multiple departments. We were looking for more than just a “feel good” workshop, and this one resulted in the tangible benefits we were after. The SOLVE method elicited specific commitments from those in the room to drive action on agreed priorities on a calendar schedule. QPA had two major benefits: it enhanced our understanding of the particular needs and preferred “language” of external clients and it helps us work better internally on a daily basis. We would love to bring Melinda back to continue the program.”
