Melinda Marcus developed inPSYCHS™ over a period of 25 years. It is the culmination of her experience with more than 100 clients, her training with experts in Psychology and New Business Development, and her ongoing audits of published works in:

About Melinda Marcus
During her career, Melinda has been named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Working Women in America” by Glamour magazine and “One of the Five Women to Watch in the Southwest” by ADWEEK magazine.
Before starting her own firm in 1985, she was the first female Creative Director at The Richards Group. National and regional clients, including Fortune 500 companies and Fortune 100 privately held companies, have tapped her expertise in persuasive marketing and communications. She also has been engaged as a strategic alliance by public relations firms to overcome critical communications challenges, including high-profile issues for NFL teams, hospitals and defense contractors.
Melinda has led workshops for executives internationally as well as in New York and in Texas. She has also been a featured speaker at the Securities Industry Association, the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), The Mortgage Bankers Association, The Food Marketing Institute, Women’s Leadership Exchange (WLE), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), University of Texas (Austin), Texas Tech and SMU.
She earned her B.A. with Honors in Psychology from Northwestern University and her M.F.A. in Mass Communications from Southern Methodist University.
Her research on “First Impressions” has been published in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology. Melinda has served locally on the boards of The Psychoanalytic Foundation of Dallas and NAWBO, as well as on the Advisory Board of IMC. She was selected as a member of Leadership Texas and Dartmouth's Tuck-WBENC Executive Program. Her agency, Marcus & Associates, Inc., is a certified Woman-Owned Business.
